Selsey – Park Farm

 

Selsey is located in West Sussex on the Manhood Peninsula, approximately 12km to the South of Chichester.  The scheme occupies a highly prominent position fronting the B2145 Chichester Road fronting the only Road in and out of Town.

 

Marsh & Baxter development managed the scheme for Landlink Estates which comprises a 20,000 sq.ft Asda store, PFS, Costa & Vets with 177 Cars.

 

Behind approximately 140 houses were consented in outline to be developed by the client at a later date.

 

The store competed in March 2017 and opened in June 2017.  The contractor was RG group.

Bognor Regis – The Saltbox

 

Saltbox Business Park is located adjacent to the intersection of the A29 and A259 approximately 1.5 miles from Bognor town centre.

 

Marsh & Baxter have been development managing the scheme for Landlink Estates since inception and have secured 227,500 sq. ft commercial space on a 12 ha site.  The new business park will potential to create up to 1000 new jobs when completed.

 

Phase 1 will comprise a 34,844 sq. ft Warburtons,

Phase 2,  a 19,122 sq. ft Aldi plus Greggs and Starbucks Drive- thru.

Phase 3, A 2.2 acre site on the frontage has also been forward sold to Richmond Motor Group.

Phase 4 – A new 125,000 sq. ft distribution warehouse, a 20,000 sq.ft terrace subdivided and 4 smaller units comprising 13,700 sq. ft

 Wolstanton Retail Park

On Behalf of Mclagan Investments Ltd Marsh and Baxter development managed a 140,000 sq. ft flagship Marks and Spencer on a £20 million redevelopment and re-furbishment of the Wolstanton Retail Park. The scheme completed in 2014 and was build by Mclaren Construction Ltd.

 

Marsh & Baxter and Morgan Williams sold the Retail Park to Aberdeen Asset Management and the Council of the Borough of Tyne and Wear

 

Acting On behalf of Aberdeen asset Management, Marsh & Baxter with ESH have also pre-let an area between the Matalan and the M&S to Dunelm for a 22,000 sq. ft store with full cover mezzanine.  The contract to build the unit has ben let to Deeley and the unit was handed over to the tenant in January 2021.
