Welcome to Marsh & Baxter
Marsh & Baxter Properties Ltd was established by William Marsh in 2006 to provide development and development management advice to clients in retail, industrial and mixed use development. We advise Local Authorities, corporate and private clients on large and often complicated development opportunities. We cover projects from inception through to planning, lease negotiation, building contract procurement, negotiation of S.106/278 and construction contracts through to practical completion. We also formulate and track business plans and monitor the projects progress in accordance with the plan.
